Everything You Need to Know About Provident Funds .

 

Many of you must have heard about Provident Fund and many people will also know what is Provident Fund i.e. PF. But for those who do not know what is provident fund, then let me tell them that the salary which the people get From the job, has many facilities in it for the present as well as for the future.

PF is a type of retirement fund, which is mainly given to people to meet their post-retirement needs. Apart from this, this fund is also called social security cover.

1. What is PF ( Provident Fund )

What is Provident Fund? A provident fund, or PF as it is commonly referred to, is an account to

which all employees in India can contribute by default and withdraw money later to meet expenses

during their retirement years. Though it is called provident, the money in your PF is not invested for specific

goals like retirement or buying a home but acts as a source of emergency funding that you can use while

still working.

Employees' Provident Fund, or EPF, is the product. Provident Fund is a government-managed retirement savings scheme for employees who can contribute a part of their pension corpus every month. These monthly savings get accumulated every month, readily available as a lump sum amount at the end of retirement or employment.

If you say in simple language, then after deducting some percentage company from your monthly salary, you get that amount after your retirement on the basis of your savings. That means you worked in the winning year, and you get the amount deposited every month of the year.

2. How to Chek a PF Account (UMANG)

Friends, to check your PF, you must have your UAN number, UAN number is a specific number for your PF, so you must be wondering where this UAN number comes from or where it is, so let me tell you. That UAN number is on your Salary Slip, which you get your salary every month, and after that, this UAN number is Mentioned on top of the Salary Slip you get. If you do not get your Salary Slip or have not Mentioned it on your Salary Slip, then you can check from the EPFO ​​website,

1. You have to type EPFO in any browser

2. After that you have to click on UAN here

3. After clicking on UAN, you will see this page, then you have to click on Know your UAN here

4. Now this page will show, then you have to enter your mobile number and fill this captcha. Here you can also enter which mobile number, but keep in mind that the mobile number should be on and stay with you,

Because OTP will come on it. After entering the mobile number and after filling the captcha, you have to click on Request OTP, as soon as you click, you will get a code on the number you have entered, which is called OTP (One Time Password), and then You have to fill the captcha again.

5. After filling in the OTP, you will come to fill this information, in this information you have to fill in your correct information, if any information is wrong then your UAN number will not be visible. Remember, here you have to enter your information which is on AADAHR CARD. On this third number option, you can enter Aadhar or Pan card which of these two numbers can also be entered. After entering the information, you have to click on Show my UAN pr. As soon as you click up, you will see your UAN number.

Now we will see how you can check your PF

There are 2 ways to check PF 

Through SMS on mobile or by logging into umang Application

1. First we will see how pf can be checked on mobile through SMS –

This is the easiest way to check PF. For this, you just have to message the '7738299899' number from your registered mobile number and send it by writing 'EPFOHO UAN ENG' in the message.

And there is a way that you can also check your PF by giving a missed call on this number 9966044425.

2. By logging in to Umang App –

1. First of all, you have to download this umang App from your play store.

 

2. after that, you have to open App and create your account i.e. to log in.

3. To log in, you have to click on this corner, then click on Register / Logging and click on New on umang register here.

4. after that you have to enter your mobile number and click on Agree below. After that, you have to set your 4-digit PIN by entering OTP.

5. After registering, you have to search for EPFO by clicking on the search bar.

 

6. After this, select the first option, then click on login here and enter your UAN number, Request OTP 

7. as soon as you enter OTP, your complete pf information will come.

आप में से बहुत जन ने Provident Fund के बारे में सुना होगा और कई लोगों को पता भी होगा की provident Fund याने PF kya हैं । लेकिन जिन लोगों को पता नहीं की Provident Fund क्या होता है तो में उनको बता दू की  सरकारी या प्राइवेट नौकरी करने वाले व्यक्तियों को जॉब से या company से जो salary मिलती है उस मे वर्तमान के साथ-साथ Future के लिए भी कई सुविधाएँ होती है | pf एक प्रकार का रिटायरमेंट फण्ड होता है, जो प्रमुख रूप से रिटायरमेंट के बाद की जरूरतों को पूरा करने के लिए लोगों को दिया जाता है। इसके अलावा इस फंड को सोशल सिक्योरिटी कवर भी कहा जाता है | 

यह एक ऐसा फण्ड होता है की  इस रकम के आधार पर ही हर वर्किंग पर्सन अपने रिटायरमेंट के बाद की अपनी ओर घरवालों की ज़िंदगी को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए प्लान कर पाता है।

यह पीएफ फंड सामान्य तौर पर किसी सरकारी या प्राइवेट फर्म में काम करने वाले कर्मचारी की बेसिक सैलरी (Basic Salary) + डीए (DA) का 12%  हिस्सा काट लिया जाता है।लेकिन यह फंड उन कंपनियों पर लागू किया जाता  है , जिन कंपनियों में कुल कर्मचारियों की संख्या 20 से भी अधिक होती है |

अगर simple भाषा मे कहे तो आपके monthly सैलरी मे से कुछ percentage company काटकर आपको आपकी सैविंग के तोर पर आपके retirement के बाद वो amount मिलती है । याने जीतने साल आपने काम किया उँटे साल के हर महीने मे जमा हुई amount आपको मिलती है ।  

 दोस्तो हम ने देखा कि PF याने provident Fund क्या है  अब हम देखेंगे की अपना प्रोविडेंट फंड कैसे check करे।

 

दोस्तों आपका PF चेक करने के लिए आपके पास आपका UAN नंबर होना चाहिए , UAN नंबर एक स्पिसिफिक नंबर होता है आपके pf के लिए , तो आप सोच रहे होंगे के ये UAN नंबर कहा से मिलता है या कहा हो है , तो मे आपको बता दु की UAN नंबर य आपके Salary Slip पर होता है , जो हर महीने आपको सैलरी मिलती है ओर उसके बाद आपको जो Salary Slip मिलती है उसके ऊपर ये UAN नंबर Mentioned होता है । अगर आपको आपको Salary Slip नहीं मिलती या आपके Salary slip पर नहीं Mentioned किया तो आप EPFO website से चेक कर सकते है , 

1. आपको किसी भी brower मे EPFO type करना है

22. उसके बाद आपको यहा UAN पर click करना है

3 3.UAN पर click करने के बाद आपको ये पेज दिखाई देगा तो आपको यहा Know your UAN पर click करना है

44. अब ये पेज Show होगा तो आपको यह आपका मोबाईल नंबर डालना है ओर ये capcha फिल करना है । यहा आप कोनस भी mobile Number डाल सकते है , लेकिन ध्यान रहे वो मोबाईल नंबर चालू रहे ओर आपके पास रहे , क्यूकी उसपर OTP आएगा । mobile Number डालने के बाद ओर capcha फिल करने के बाद आपको Request OTP पर click करना है,  जैसे ही आप click करोगे तो आपने जो नंबर डाला है तो उस नंबर पर आपको एक कोड आएगा , जिसे OTP कहते है , (One time password ) फिर आपको capcha फिल करना है ।

 

5OTP fill करने के बाद आपको ये information fill करने के लिए आएगी , इस इनफार्मेशन मे आपको आपकी सही जानकारी भरने है अगर एक भी information Wrong हुई तो आपका UAN Number नहीं दिखेगा । याद आहे यहा आपको आपकी information जो AADAHR CARD पर है वही डालनी है ।  यह तीसरे नंबर के option पर आप aadhar या pan कार्ड इन दोनों मे से कोणसा भी नंबर दल सकते है । information डालने के बाद आपको Show my UAN pr click करना है । जैसे ही अप click करोगे आपको आपका UAN नंबर दिखई देगा जाएगा।

आभी हम देखेंगे की आप आपना PF कैसे check कर सकते है ।

PF check करने के 2 तरीके है 1. Mobile मे sms के जरिए या umang AAP मे log in करके 

पहिला देखेंगे मोबाईल मे sms के जरिए कैसे pf check कर सकते है – ये सबसे आसान तरीका है PF check करने का , इसके लिए आपको सिर्फ आपके register मोबाईल नंबर से ‘ 7738299899 ‘ number पर मैसेज करना है मैसेज मे ये ‘EPFOHO UAN ENG ‘ लिख कर सेंद करना है ।

ओर एक तरीका है जो आप 9966044425 इस नंबर पर मिस कल दे भी आपका PF check कर सकते है 

umang App मे लॉगग इन करके –

सबसे पहिले आपको ये उमंग आप अपने playstore से download करना है 

उसके बाद aap को open करके आपका account बनाना है याने log in करना है।

LOGG IN करने के लिए आपको इस corner पर क्लिक करना है , 

फिर Regirster/ Logg in पर क्लिक करके नीचे New on umng register here पर click करना है ,

 उसके बाद आपको आपका मोबाईल नंबर डालना है ओर नीचे  Agree पर क्लिक करना । उसके बाद आपको OTP डालके आपका 4 digit का पिन सेट करना है ।

Register करने के बाद आपको आपको यह search बार पर क्लिक करने EPFO ये सर्च करना है ।

 इसके बाद सबसे पहिले ऑप्शन को सिलेक्ट करना , फिर यहा log इन पर click करना ओर आपका UAN नंबर डालके Request otp select karna , जैसे ही आप otp डालोगे आपके पूरी pf की information आजाएगी ।
