Investment, Stock, hearing these words, some people think that all these things are not of our use, some people say that the stock market is a gamble, stock or investment is the work of upper-class people and we are the middle class. People say all these things because they do not know what is stock market and what is investment. So friends, in this blog I will tell you about stocks and investments, what is stock and what is actually investing.

1. First, let's see what is investment.

Investment means you keep your money somewhere that is you invest it somewhere and after some specific period, you get more returns by applying interest on the same money. Investment is of different types i.e. there are many platforms where you can invest your money like Mutual Funds, Stock Market, and SIP. If you save your money in the bank then you get fixed interest but if you invest the same money, then you will get good interest from the bank.

2. Now let's see what is the stock market.

You must have heard many times of Stock, Stock Market, Sensex, Market down, or market up, so friends let me tell you that Stock is a platform where you can invest your money. Investing money in stock means buying stock ie shares of any company and as the profit of that company increases, the price of the shares you have taken will increase. Suppose you took a share of TATA company for Rs 100 and at the same time the company made a profit and its share price increased from 100 to 130 i.e. you made a profit of Rs 30, if you took 100 shares of 100 and its price from Rs 30 If increased then you will get Rs 3000 profit for 100 shares.

But before buying a share of any company, it is very important to know some things about the company, such as  

1 The balance sheet of the company, how much profit has been made by the company in the last few years, 

2. We also have to see whether there is any debt in the company, we should know all these things.

3. Company’s How much growth can it show in the future.

4. past growth of the Company 

5 . Management of that company.

Why should we invest money in stocks?

If you want to invest then Stock is the best platform because By investing in stocks, you can achieve your short-term and long-term goals. Investing money in stocks gives you a chance to live a comfortable life after retirement. The biggest advantage of investing in the stock market is that it has the potential to deliver higher returns in a shorter period of time as compared to other investments like bank FDs, savings accounts, etc.

if you invest in Fixed Deposit in Bank then you get an 8% Return and if you take out insurance or invest money in Insurance then you get a 12 to 15% Return. You have to wait 10 to 15 years for a good return on Mutual funds. So the stock is the only platform where you can get a good interest, that too in a short time, if you wait for a few months and the company becomes profitable, then you can get a good profit.

Investment , Stock ये वर्ड सुने तो कुछ लोगो को लगता है की ये sb आपने काम की चीज़े नही है ,कुछ लोग कहते है की Stock Market ये एक जुगार है  या Stock या investment ये सब बड़े बड़े लोगो का काम है , हम तो मिडिल क्लास लोग हैं । ये सब बातें इसलिए लोग कहते है क्युकी उनको पता ही नही की Stock Market क्या होता हैं और Investment क्या होता है । तो दोस्तों इस Blog मे में आपके stock और Investment के बरेमे बताऊंगा की सच्चाई में stock या Investment क्या है।

पहिले देखते है की Investment क्या है ?

Investment यानी आप आपका पैसा किसी जगह रखते है यानी किसी जगह invest करते है और कुछ specific period के बाद आपको वही पैसे पर intrest लगा के ज्यादा Return मिलता हैं । Investment अलग अलग तरह के होता है याने ऐसे बहोत सारे platform हैं जहा आप आपका पैसा invest कर सकते है जैसे Mutual fund, Stock Market, SIP । अगर अपने आपका पैसा बैंक में save किया तो उकसा आपके fix intrest मिलता है लेकिन अगर आप वोही पैसा invest करे तो आपको बैंक से अच्छा intrest मिलेगा।

अभी देखते है की Stock Market क्या है ।

आपने stock, stock market, Sensex market Down या market up के बारे में कई बार सुना होगा, तो दोस्तों मैं आपको बता दूं कि stock एक ऐसा प्लेटफॉर्म है जहां आप अपना पैसा invest कर सकते हैं। तो आप सोच रहे होंगे की स्टॉक या शेयर्स क्या है तो में आपको बता दू की stock में पैसा लगाने का मतलब है किसी कंपनी के shares खरीदना और जैसे-जैसे उस कंपनी का profit बढ़ता जाएगा, आपके द्वारा लिए गए शेयरों की कीमत भी बढ़ती जाएगी। मान लीजिए आपने 100 रुपये में टाटा कंपनी का एक शेयर लिया और साथ ही कंपनी ने लाभ कमाया और उसके शेयर की कीमत 100 से बढ़कर 130 हो गई यानी आपने 30 रुपये का लाभ कमाया, अगर आपने 100 के 100 शेयर लिए और इसकी कीमत से 30 रुपये बढ़ाए गए तो 100 शेयरों पर 3000 रुपये का मुनाफा मिलेगा।

लेकिन किसी भी कंपनी का shares खरीदने से पहले company के बारे में कुछ बातें जानना बहुत जरूरी है, जैसे 1 कंपनी की Balance sheet, कंपनी ने पिछले कुछ वर्षों में कितना Profit कमाया है, 2. हमें यह भी देखना है कि कंपनी पर कोई कर्ज तो नहीं है 3. कंपनी future में कितनी ग्रोथ कर सकती है? 4. कंपनी का पिछले कुछ सलोका विकास ( development ) और profits 5. उस कंपनी का Management ।

हमें Shares में निवेश क्यों करना चाहिए?

अगर आप invest  करना चाहते हैं तो stock सबसे अच्छा platform है क्योंकि shares  में invest  करके आप अपने short term and long term Goals को achieve कर सकते हैं। शेयरों में पैसा लगाने से आपको रिटायरमेंट के बाद एक आरामदायक ज़िंदगी जीने का मौका मिलता है। शेयर बाजार में निवेश करने का सबसे बड़ा फायदा यह है कि इसमें बैंक एफडी, बचत खाते जैसे अन्य investments की तुलना में कम समय में अधिक returns  देने की क्षमता होती है।

यदि आप bank में fixed deposit में पैसे जमा करते हैं तो आपको 8% रिटर्न मिलता है और यदि आप insurance करवाते हैं या insurance में पैसा लगाते हैं तो आपको 12 से 15% रिटर्न मिलता है।mutual funds पर अच्छे रिटर्न के लिए आपको 10 से 15 साल इंतजार करना होगा। तो stock ही एक ऐसा platform है जहां पर आपको अच्छा interest मिल सकता है, वो भी कम समय में, अगर आप कुछ महीने इंतजार करते हैं और कंपनी प्रॉफिटेबल हो जाती है तो आपको अच्छा प्रॉफिट मिल सकता है।
